    • We recommend that users avoid submitting highly sensitive personal or medical information through the AI interface unless necessary for the requested analysis.

    • We do not sell your name, email address, phone number, health information, or insurance application data to third parties, and we do not exchange personal information for money. Certain advertising and analytics technologies described in Section 7 may share online identifiers with advertising platforms; depending on your jurisdiction, that activity may be defined as "sharing" or "selling" for targeted advertising purposes.

    Exclusion for mobile information and SMS consent. The sharing described in this section does not apply to mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, will not be sold, and will not be shared with referral partners, insurers, agents, or other third parties for their own marketing.     4a. SMS Messaging and Mobile Information

    DeepBrokers may send service-related SMS messages to users who expressly request them, including messages concerning inquiries, appointment reminders, and application or transaction updates. DeepBrokers may also send promotional SMS messages only to users who separately opt in to promotional messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

    Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that process information solely on behalf of DeepBrokers may use it only as necessary to provide contracted support services and may not use it for their own marketing.

    Submission of the contact form alone does not constitute SMS consent. Service-related and promotional SMS messages are sent only to users who independently and affirmatively select the corresponding checkbox on the contact form.

    5. Data Security

    We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

    However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

DeepBrokers does not sell names, email addresses, phone numbers, health information, or insurance application data to third parties.

    You may disable cookies through your browser settings, use browser-level tracking controls or a Global Privacy Control signal, or opt out through the advertising providers' own settings. To request that we stop using your information for targeted advertising, contact us using the details below.

    Microsoft Clarity session recordings may capture mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and page interactions. Clarity is configured to mask sensitive form fields, and analytics and session-recording tools are not used to collect insurance application data, uploaded policy documents, or underwriting information. Microsoft processes this data as a service provider under its own confidentiality obligations; it is not a disclosure of nonpublic personal financial information for Microsoft's own marketing purposes. Please nonetheless avoid entering sensitive medical, financial, or identification details into free-text fields unless necessary for your request.

    8. Health-Related Information

    Some of our tools allow you to upload insurance policy documents or describe coverage needs, which may include health-related information. DeepBrokers is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and is not a covered entity or business associate under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Information you submit through this website is therefore not protected health information under HIPAA.

    We nonetheless treat health-related information as sensitive. Uploaded documents are stored in access-restricted storage, are used only to respond to your request or to analyze coverage on your behalf, and are not used for advertising purposes.

    9. Financial Privacy Notice (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act)

    This notice describes the financial information practices of FEJ Ventures LLC, doing business as DeepBrokers, and any affiliated licensed insurance producers who assist you in obtaining an insurance quote or policy (collectively, "we"). In the course of that assistance, we may collect nonpublic personal financial information about you, including information from your applications, from your transactions with us or others, and from insurers or intermediaries involved in quoting, placing, or servicing your coverage.

  • Health and underwriting information, from you or from insurers and other sources involved in underwriting your coverage

  • To insurers, underwriters, and licensed intermediaries as necessary to process, quote, place, or service your coverage
  • To service providers that perform functions on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
  • As permitted or required by law, including in response to regulatory or legal process

    • We do not disclose nonpublic personal financial information about current or former clients to nonaffiliated third parties for those parties' own marketing purposes. Disclosures we make are limited to those permitted under applicable law and those necessary to service your request.     Certain states impose insurance-specific privacy requirements that may provide additional rights or restrict certain disclosures beyond the federal framework; we honor those requirements where they apply.

    Annual notice. This notice is available on our website at all times and will be provided again upon request. So long as our information-sharing practices remain as described here and no new disclosures requiring an opt-out are introduced, we are not required to mail this notice annually.

    Safeguards. We maintain a written information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect nonpublic personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, restricted storage, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, vendor confidentiality requirements, and incident-response procedures consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule (16 CFR Part 314).
