When a claim becomes complex, we support case organization, review of denial grounds and policy provisions with our internal legal team, and preparation of a documented request for reconsideration, with follow-up to the insurer.
The scope of support depends on the case. When legal representation of an agent or insured is required, it is arranged separately with the relevant attorney or law firm. Claim approval or payment is not guaranteed.
